3 courses:
- Potato Leek Soup
- One of 3 entrée options:
- Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche served with a side garden salad
- Roasted Chicken Supreme in a Dijon mustard cream sauce served with roasted potatoes and seasoned vegetables
- Oven-roasted Salmon with a lemon dill cream sauce served with rice and seasoned vegetables.
- Cheesecake, coffee and tea
